This concert was recorded on May 7, 2016 during the European tour of the German composer Hans Florian Zimmer (Frankfurt, 1957), accompanied by an orchestra of 73 musicians and with himself playing various instruments. The documentary is a British production of 2017 directed by Tim Van Someren.
The program includes mythical themes of films to which Hans Florian Zimmer has put the soundtrack, such as Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Batman, Interstellar and Origin.
It is presented within the Cycle Cinema documental i música, carried out by the City Council of Palma in collaboration with the Associació Balear d'Amics de les Bandes Sonores.
