Screening of the short films shot in the past at Es Baluard, during the Rally of Short Horror Films. After a vote is taken by the audience, film director David Domingo will award the prize to the winner, and afterwards, there will be an introduction of the filmmaker, and of the director of Es Baluard, Nekane Aramburu, who has made a selection of some of his classics.
David Domingo (Valencia, 1973), also known as Stanley Sunday or Davidson, is a cult filmmaker who has used both Super 8 and other formats (video, 16 mm) prolifically, including for performative sessions, from the mid-nineties to the present.
His irreverent, iconoclastic language of both his own images and those taken from others is steeped in subtle allusions to the history of avant-garde and experimental humour using humour and irony.
