The company Periferia Teatro from Murcia stages this free adaptation of the story The Ugly Duckling, created by Juan Manuel Quiñonero and Mariso García. The latter is also responsible for handling the puppets along with Begoña Iriarte.
The story portrays in an interesting and funny way the search for identity. The contrast between the characters represents the fear of being different and the prejudices that are launched on who behaves differently from what is expected.
