Guided visits to Fundación Barceló

Located in the historic Casa del Marqués de Reguer-Rullán, classified as Site of Cultural Interest. The building completed in 1883 and designed by the Majorcan architect Bartholomew Ferrà is of Gothic style and its façade was built with marés stone (a limestone characteristic of the Balearic Islands). It also highlights its central courtyard, with an impressive Mudejar coffered ceiling and a staircase with Santanyí stone railing.

Since 1989 it houses the Barceló Foundation that develops its activity in the area of healthcare, education, cooperation and development, art and culture. Performs temporary exhibitions with work by artists from Mallorca, or linked to the island, from the nineteenth and first half of the twentieth century. Annually convenes painting competitions on national and international level.
