The Serbian Goran Bregovic is considered one of the most renowned composers of the Balkans. He is also internationally recognized for writing the music for soundtracks of famous movies like Arizona Dream (1993) Underground (1995) and The Time of the Gypsies (1989 ), all three by Serbian director Emir Kusturica.
With the latter he debuted on the music scene and began a successful career full of successes which has led him to perform in the best concert halls in the world and participate in the most prestigious international music festivals. He now closes the 53 Festival de Pollença presenting If you don't go crazy yuou're not normal!
Goran Bregovic is accompanied by his inseparable Wedding and Funeral Band formed by Bulgarian polyphonic voices, electric guitar, metal, traditional percussion, strings and male singers of the Orthodox Church.
