Medardo Amor directs this documentary about Gertrudis de la Fuente (Madrid, 1921), a pioneer in Spain of biochemical research. Gertrudis: La mujer que no enterró sus talentos (Gertrudis:The woman who did not bury their talents), now projected at the Teatre Municipal Catalina Valls, received the Premi Ciutat de Palma 2015.
The film, which is a tribute to the women of the forties, reflects the history of this doctor of pharmacy who would become secretary of the Superior Council for Scientific Research in the late seventies.
