The III International Festival of Music 'Vila de Santanyí' dedicates this evening to flamenco with a concert in which will participate Benjamin Habichuela (guitar), Sebastian Roman (singer), Carmen Torres and Silvia Fernandez 'La Chispa’ (dance) and Benji Habichuela (percussion).
Born in Granada, Benjamin Habichuela has worked with artists such as José Mercé, Carmen Linares or Enrique Morente. He has also shared the stage in international tours with dancer Manuela Vargas.
For his part, Sebastian Roman has worked in the best flamenco clubs of Madrid as well as in France, UK, USA and Japan. The dancers Carmen Torres and Silvia Fernandez 'La Chispa' have taken flamenco around the world and Benji Habichuela has worked with artists like Pitingo, Juan Carmona, Farruco and Pepe Habichuela. Among his collaborations stand out the one with the Symphony Orchestra of the Balearic Islands.
