The apricot is the most typical and representative product of the municipality of Porreres in Mallorca. The City Council, with the collaboration of the Agricultural Cooperative, organizes a fair around this fruit which now is in full harvest.
Will be participating both apricots producers registered in the municipality as owners of land with apricot trees within their boundaries.
Besides the exhibition and sale of apricots and their products, there will be different activities such as competition and children's workshop to xapar apricots, sequer exhibition (dried apricot), tapas contest, a gastronomic route by different bars and restaurants, and Culinary demonstration of dishes made with apricots.
