Mexican cuisine takes on special relevance in the 54th Festival of Pollença, which has Mexico as guest country and program the cycle of activities Approach to the Mexican culture, held parallel to the festival with the support of the Tourism Board of Mexico and the Secretariat of Tourism of the Federal Government.
Over two days, this gastronomy fair brings us closer to the flavors, colors and sounds of the country. You can taste culinary delights prepared by Roberto Alcocer and Thomas Bermudez, two prominent Mexican chefs who participated in the festival with 2 master classes of tacos and seafood. There will be stalls selling tacos and other Mexican popular products, with the background music by mariachis.
