Coinciding with the Año Alcover( the year of Alcover) the festival program of la Beata in Vilafranca Bonany includes in this edition several activities around Mallorcan folktales and also on the figure of Father Antoni Maria Alcover Sureda (1862-1932), modernist Mallorcan writer, linguist, folklorist and publicist.
The program covers a variety of recreational and cultural activities from 17 to 29 July, as well as gastronomic like la ruta de la tapa vilafranquera.
