The first Sunday of May, Búger celebrates this festival restored in 1977, recalling an ancient custom when grandparents returned to the village after attending the fairs of Inca and Sineu to be received by their grandchildren.
Today, the figure of the Jai (the grandfather), goes in the carriage and distributes sweets among the kids. The ritual is accompanied by other types of activities throughout the day such as popular races, traditional dances and music performances. In addition, during the whole weekend, there is an agricultural, livestock, industrial and artisanal fair.
