This traditional dance is part of the First Conference of Popular Culture from the Consell de Mallorca. The Escola de Música i Danses will offer a selection of the best Mallorcan folklore with pieces as Parado de Valldemossa, Bolero Mariner, Bolero de Palma, Jota d’en Fideu or Jota Sollerica, among others.
In this repertoire especially stands out la Contradansa a very old piece choreographed in 1745.
