Anima Rara is the title of the first recital album by Albanian soprano Ermonela Jaho (Tirana, 1974), which she now presents at the Palau de Congressos in Palma accompanied on piano by Elda Laro within the 3rd Festival MallorcÒpera.
The album, released in 2020, is made up of arias and songs by Leoncavallo, Bellini, Verdi, Bizet, Gounod and Puccini, among other composers. Anima Rara has been honored with the Opus Classic, the prestigious German award for classical music.
