Five soloists from the Brandenburger Symphoniker form the Jacaranda Ensemble, which closes the MúsicaMallorca Festival with the program The Sound of Worldmusic. It includes pieces of classical music, jazz, tango, pop and international folklore.
The ensemble is made up by: Richard J. Mosthaf (didgeridoo and alphorn), Thomas R. Hofmann (alpine horn and horn), Matthias Dressler (marimba and percussion), Thomas Ringleb (percussion) and Sebastien Pietsch (bassoon, saxophone and flute).
