Piacevole severità is the title of this concert scheduled within the cycle Musica Antiga organized by the City Council of Palma. Carried out by Chlothilde Ensemble, formed by Alexis Aguado and Kepa Artetxe (violins), Xisco Aguiló (violone, a former bowed string instrument like a large size bass) and Alfonso Sebastian (Harpsichord).
The program includes Sonata op. 5 No. 1 The Mayor, GF Handel (1685-1759); BWV 790 Invention Dreistimmige, JS Bach (1685-1750); Sonata op. 5 No. 4 in G Major, G. F. Handel; Praeambulum BWV 931 by J. S. Bach; Trio Sonata BWV 527 of JS Bach; BWV 798 Invention Dreistimmige of J. S. Bach; and Sonata Op 5 No 2, P. Locatelli (1695-1764).
