In 2013 this was one of the musical events in Spain, the comeback of Duncan Dhu after twelve years of absence and more than three million albums sold. Mikel Erentxun and Diego Vasallo retake the adventure – in which does not participate the third founding member, Juan Ramón Viles - with the release of a new album that was presented last November and with which they are now on tour.
This pop -rock group from Donosti with hints of rockabilly, was very popular in the eighties. Their song Cien gaviotas was declared single of the year in 1985 by many radio stations and El grito del tiempo turned Duncan Dhu into the Spanish group with most sales in 1987. In the nineties success continued and in 2001 they surprised with a farewell album, Crepúsculo (Twilight). Since then they have continued their solo careers.
The comeback of Duncan Dhu has been accompanied by the publication of El Duelo (The Duel), a mini -LP with six unreleased songs and 1, an album with the group's greatest hits. Songs like La casa azul, Palabras sin nombre, En algún lugar or Una calle de París.
