After the successful premiere on January 14 at the Teatre de Santa Maria and its passage through the Teatre Lloseta , Dos Mundos bajo un mismo Sol now in the Teatre Principal de Santanyí. It is the first pseudomusical of rock music produced in Spain, a unique show combining different artistic disciplines such as live music, actor performances, video and light projections.
Hyde XXI, The Mallorcan group of Steampunk Metal Progressive, is the creator of this show that presents some curious innovations, since the viewers will be able to choose the end of the work through a mobile App designed exclusively for it.
Dos Mundos bajo un mismo Sol (Two Worlds under the same Sun) is an invented story that combines its own imaginary aspects, with theories based on Sumerian and Egyptian civilization. It is based on current society and recent discoveries of the universe, and aims to reflect on how our society advances and how far we can go.
The group Hyde XXI, founded in 2009, was nominated for the best metal music album in Spain in 2011 by the UFI Nacionale awards. In 2014 they published their third and last album, Pseudoinvolución, the seed of the pseudo-musical that they present now.
The current lineup consists of David Arbona (lead vocals and guitar), Tomeu Crespí (drums), Sebastià Pujol (keyboards and synthesizers), Guillem Morey (bass) and the actors Mariam Vallori and David Ordinas. The show is recommended for children from 5 years old.
