Doctor Prats + Pèl de Gall

The highlight of the Festes de Sant Jaume de Alcúdia is this concert in the bullring that brings together the groups Doctor Prats and Pèl de Gall.

Doctor Prats is a band created in 2015 with the intention of being only a virtual group. That same year they released their first album, Patates amb peix, and their first concert at the Faktoria d'Arts hall in Tarrasa. They play different genres - Ska, Reggae, Funk and Electronic Music - and have published five albums, the last Massa Bé, with which they are on tour.

The band is made up of Víctor Martínez (keyboards), Ramon Figueras (trumpet and voices), Miki Santamaria (bass), Marc Riera (voice and guitar), Josep Jaume Rey (guitar), Guillém Boltó (voice and trombone) and Oriol Cors (drums).

For its part, the Menorcan group Pèl de Gall was created in 2008. They do rock sung in Catalan with lyrics that cover the themes that surround life, with dynamic and intense live performances and a very peculiar staging. Their latest album is A Sa Vostra Salut.
