Formerly Inca had two fairs of Dijous Bo (Good Thursday) a year, in autumn and in spring. The latter, also called Dijous Gros disappeared already over a century ago but in 2013 a citizens' initiative made its recovery possible, supported by traders and the City Council of Inca.
The Dijous Gros coincides with the weekly Thursday market, so on this day Inca becomes a big display of all sorts of products and many activities. The fair will be installed on the plaza of Santa Maria la Major and among the attractions, noteworthy is the gastronomic feast in which will be offered the typical Cuinat of faves (cooked beans) with Koldo Royo and Miquel de Can Calent the proceeds will benefit of APIMA.
