In search of lost flavors, thirty centuries of cooking of the Balearic Islands. Under such Proustian title these gastronomic days will be organized by the Museum of Mallorca. They consist of a themed dinner in the courtyard of the Centre de Cultura Sa Nostra, a magnificent eighteenth century farmhouse.

This center currently exhibits part of the museum collection, while construction rehabilitation work is carried out at its headquarters.
