The Museu d'Història de Manacor organizes this exhibition that deals with the children's editorial production during the Spanish Civil War, putting the accent on the Republican side. Contes infantils de la guerra shows us how children's stories became part of the propaganda gear of the moment.
From the Commissariat of Propaganda to Editorial Estrella, from El més petit de tots to the adaptations of classics like El gato con botas, children's stories became a unique weapon to teach the little ones the dual world of good and bad.
Around the exhibition there will be a program of activities with workshops and conferences.
