Noche de ronda (2012) is the last work of El Consorcio, a group formed by Amaya Uranga, Estíbaliz Uranga, Iñaki Uranga, Sergio Blanco and Carlos Zubiaga. The band is the continuation of a career that began in the late 60s, when eight young students from Bilbao fans of folk music came together to unleash their musical vocation. Thus was created Mocedades, one of the most iconic and fundamental groups of Spanish music of the last half century.
Now those magnificent voices shape Consorcio, with timeless songs reflected on their eight albums among which stand out Lo que nunca muere (1994), Cuba (1998), En vivo desde el corazón de México (2003) or Querido Juan (2008).
