Marcello Di Lisa is the director and creator of Concerto de 'Cavalieri, a group formed in Pisa in 2003 by some of the best interpreters of the classical repertoire and Italian Baroque.
In these years the formation has gained a strong reputation for its historicist style (playing on period instruments) and is regularly invited to participate in festivals in and out of Italy in collaboration with renowned soloists.
In this appearance at the Pollença Festival they perform with the Italian violinist Federico Guglielmo, acclaimed international critics for his extraordinary versatility and interpretive confidence. In 1995 he formed the period instrument group L'Arte dell'Arco, with whom he has recorded more than ninety CD’s.
The concert program consists of Concerto grosso, op. VI, No. 8 in G minor, by Arcangelo Corelli, Symphony of The verità in cimento, RV 739 and Le quattro stagioni, of Antonio Vivaldi.
