New Year's Concert of the OSB

The Symphony Orchestra of the Balearic Islands welcomes 2015 with this concert conducted by Felipe Aguirre with which it also celebrates its 25th anniversary.

The program consists of William Tell  Overture (Rossini), Spain (Chabrier), Waltz of the Vienna Woods  (Strauss), Tritsch Trasch polka   (Strauss), La Gazza Ladra, Overture (Rossini), Wiener Blut  (Strauss), The Barber of Seville overture (Rossini), Hungarian Dance No. 6 (Brahms), The Bat overture (Strauss), Waltz of the Flowers (Tchaikovsky), Thunder and lightning  (Strauss), The main Star Wars Theme  (J.Williams ), Flight of the Bumblebee (R.Korsakov), Sleigh Ride  (Anderson), Danzon No. 2 (A. Márquez premiere in Mallorca), L'Arlésienne suite No.2 Farandole (Bizet), Mambo from West Side Story  (Bernstein) and La vie parisienne  (Offenbach).
