'Permanent Collection. Carte Blanche a Isaki Lacuesta'

Es Baluard has proposed filmmaker Isaki Lacuesta an intervention of the permanent collection that allows a reinterpretation and new interactions. The project focuses on the idea of simulacrum and museological revisionism, in a fictional exercise to look at the works and challenge the viewer.

This tour around the collection of Es Baluard includes an unspecified amount of mistakenly credited works of counterfeit pieces and trompe l'oeil, in the most literal sense.

The intervention proposes the viewers to play at looking twice. At the end of the tour they will know if they were right in their predictions, as they will find a list with the actual allocations of each creation.
