'Cistellaria 'La Senalleta''

The company Teatreros presents this production dramatized by Francesca Palou based on the comedy Cistellaria  of Latin writer Plautus. With it begins the XXVII Mostra de Teatre d'estiu to Pol·lentia, which takes place in the theater of this ancient Roman city.

Young Selenia, born fruit of a rape, was abandoned at birth and collected and raised by prostitute. She falls in love with a young man of good family, but the social difference of them both makes their love difficult.
