'African cinemas to understand the continent: action!'

Enginyeria Sense Fronteres organizes this colloquium with projections in which Sebastián Ruíz will make a historical review of the cinema in the African continent, focusing on its main exponents since the sixties and new trends.

Sebastián Ruíz is a doctor in communication and media structures in Africa south of the Sahara and works as a political analyst in Mundo Negro. Coordinates the section of African cinemas in Wiriko (Cultural Association for the dissemination and promotion of African arts and cultures).
