'Cigarreras'

With dramaturgy and direction by Cándido Pazó, Cigarreras is a montage based on La Tribuna, by Emilia Pardo Bazán. A bold proposal that combines the tone of individual and collective drama with other lighter and even comical ones, so characteristic of the Galician writer's narrative.

We are facing the story of a socially impossible relationship between a proletarian and a bourgeois, contextualized in a political crisis that in 1868 led to the fall of the Bourbon dynasty and in 1873 to the proclamation of the First Republic.

Cigarreras is played by Susana Dans, Tamara Canosa, Isabel Naveira, Ledicia Sola, Covadonga Berdiñas, Ana Santos and Mercedes Castro. Language: Spanish. Colloquium at the end of the function.
