The second season concert of the musical band SMI Santa Cecilia of Son Rapinya is a proposal for the whole family with a program dedicated to Christmas. It is directed by Germán Guillén and in which also participates the Cor Infantil del Teatre Principal, led by Mir Xisca. As soloists, Felipe Arroyo (tuba) and Marga Cugat (saxophone).
The program consists of Christmas Festival, by Leroy Anderson; Concerto for tuba, of Edward Gregson; Campana sobre campana, Andalusian popular carol arranged for band by Manuel Navarro Mollor; Silent Night, of Franz Gruber and Joseph Mohr; Baghira, by Ferrer Ferran; El caracol Mifasol, by Ferrer Ferran; Emperor Waltz by Johann Strauss; and Christmas songs.
