The First International Festival of Sacred Music in Palma begins with the performance of this group consisting of fourteen voices in the tradition of the small churches of old Russia. Its director is Anatoli Grindenko, famous Russian interpreter of the viola da gamba.
The Patriarchate Choir, promoting the interpretation with original and historic instruments specializes in the recovery of old songs and their original praxis. In this concert they perform a selection of these Russian songs.
