Chambao, Tomasito, Miguel Campello, La Vereda

The last concert in Mallorca of the Flamenco Festival is Time is dedicated to flamenco fusion with four of their worthy representatives. On one hand the group Chambao, who created a new musical concept with its mixture of flamenco and ambient electronic music.

Tomasito, meanwhile, has created a very personal and original fusion, mixing flamenco with rhythms far from this genre like pop, rock, hip hop and funky. He presents his latest album, Asalvajao.

The live performances of Miguel Campello are a real spectacle, as well as a perfect sync with the band he shows his acrobat and contortionist vowel skills. They explore freshly the less fused flamenco with pop, such as tanguillos, tangos and bulerías. The lastest almbum is Chatarrero 2.

Finally La Vereda, a musical project started in the early nineties in Mallorca. Since then they have gone through many lineup changes and several stages, but remain as main fusion of rock and flamenco.
