In 2014, Gabriel Fiol published Cello Works, the first musical and dicographic project of the cellist. Five years later he released his second solo album, Cello Works 2, a continuation of that first job and which he now presents with drummer Miquel Marquès.
In it he presents twelve songs of his own that describe landscapes of the Balearic Islands and transit between the music of the soundtracks and world music.
An atypical instrumentation allows Gabriel himself to create a cello orchestra, and he presents it live accompanied by the RC-300 Loop Station pedalboard, which allows him to offer several layers of music live.
