The Catalan company Oblideu-vos de nosaltres produces this monologue created from the testimony of Ljudmila Ignatenko, the wife of one of the firefighters who died in the Chernobyl nuclear accident in 1986 and that Nobel laureate Svetlana Aleksiévich collected in her book Chernobyl prayer.
Carrer de Txernòbil, directed by Joaquim Armengol and starring Evelyn Arévalo, takes place over a weekend in the living room of Ljudmila's house, who tells us about the day her husband left home in the morning to extinguish a fire at the nuclear power plant.
