Over the weekend, Santanyí will enjoy its new art festival. A total of twenty-two exhibition spaces and more than fifty artists participate in Canal'Art, a proposal by the city council that includes two events: Santanyí Art de Nit (Friday June10) and the I Fira d'Art Santanyí (Saturday eleven).
In both cases it is a route through the galleries and exhibition spaces to contemplate the work of the artists. They are all in the center and perfectly outlined in the guide.
The exhibits cover different disciplines: painting, art and decoration, antique textiles, photography, printmaking, sculpture and crafts.
The art will be mixed with music in an excellent marriage, there will be outdoor concerts in different places during the two days. On Friday, on the Art de Nit, seven in all, from 19:45 to 23:30 hours with performances by Juan Reyes, Agusti Mestre, Joan Ramon Jazz Trio, Posdidonia Soundsystem, Toni Monsettat and Marisa Blume Quartet.
