The Sa Boira theater company, made up of people with visual disabilities, uses texts from twelve little-known pieces by Calderón de la Barca following the structure of his comedies.
En Calderón, ¿enamorado? thanks to the contribution of Professor Ruano de la Haza, we discover the great secret of the author of La vida es sueño: his youthful love; the story of lies, trouble, madness and jealousy; the attraction towards Doña Ana and the great passion towards Flérida; his poetry; his humor... and the explanation of why Calderón never married and why he wrote so many comedies featuring women in love with brave gallants who suffered from jealousy and suspicion, which he mocked.
The show, directed by Bernat Pujol and Mateu Fiol, is performed by Maria Llobera, Manolo Serrano, Zulima Manzaneque, Maria Antònia Pascual, Carles Jubert, Santi Muñoz, Jesús Romero, Cati Garcia, Joan Moreno, Mari Carmen Sánchez, Toni Sorà, Moisés Cordoba, Pilar Redondo and Mateu Segura.
