This guitarist is among the few who keep the spirit of authentic Chicago blues alive today. Member of the Muddy Waters Blues Band from 1973-1980, is his truest evidence. Bob Margolin has recorded for the most important labels of the genre and has collected numerous awards, including the Blues Music Award for guitar in 2008 and, among others, the award for Best Acoustic Blues Album in 2012.
Throughout his long career he has shared recordings and stage with musicians the likes of Johnny Winter, Eric Clapton and bands like Allman Brothers or The Band, leaving to history one of the best musical movies, The Last Waltz.
In recent years he has taken to the stage legendary blues musicians like Hubert Sumlin, Pinetop Perkins, Willie "Big Eyes" Smith and Calvin Jones.
In this concert he performs accompanied by Jordi Alvarez (guitar, vocals), Juan Amaro (bass), Esteve Huguet (drums), Richard Vinton (piano ) and Tota Blues (harmonica ).
