Film directed by Pere March Torrandell shot in Mallorca in 2013 with music by Joan Serra. It's set in September 1924, when the Inca infantry battalion is mobilized for war in Africa.
The soldiers come from the deep Mallorca, basically illiterate artisans and peasants, with little military training. Among them is Esteve.
After the screening of the film a conversation with the presence of Maria Rafel Creus, director of Culture of the Consell de Mallorca will be held; Joan Arbona, of la Associació Balear Amics de les Bandes Sonores; and composer Joan Serra.
