'Biometries' by Ferran Aguiló

Ferran Aguiló (Palma, 1957) has been developing for almost three decades a creative discourse based on the use of the residue and industrial assemblage as an artistic process. Irons, plumbing, bedsteads and wool are some of the materials the Mallorcan artist uses to shape his sculptures.

A work where abstract geometric compositions, plants, animals and other organic forms are full of poetry and done with impeccable technique.

In Biometries Ferran Aguiló presents structures which are the negative of the time, constructions that culminate instantly and suffer the erosion of the hours.
