BiniARRELS sa Fira de Mancor 2021

October and November are the months when mycologists go to the woods to look for esclata-sangs (chanterelles), an essential ingredient in the autumn kitchen of Mallorca. BiniARRELS sa Fira de Mancor is a fair dedicated to popular culture, crafts, Mallorcan traditions, especially those of Mancor de la Vall, and gastronomy, of which the symbol at this time of year is the esclata sang.

The fair is organized by Arrels Associació and is held on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 November, but the activities begin a few days before. Among the activities highlights the exhibition 10 anys cavallets that takes place in Son Morro.

Tuesday 23 November

20:30 h. Cochería de Son Morro. Presentation of the Fair and showcooking by Marta Terrassa, chef specialized in organic farming

Friday, November 26

17:30 h. Municipal library of Mancor de la Vall. Storytelling by Damià el Bufó, with the story La vida secreta dels arbres. Limited places. Reservations: Tel. 971 50 17 76
