Works by Mozart and Spohr to illustrate the transition between Classicism and Romanticism in this chamber music concert by Biel Ensemble at the Casa de Cultura Can Prohens de Felanitx.

Biel Ensemble was founded in the summer of 2018 from the wishes of young musicians to create a project of chamber music that would give rise to the repertoire of "large format" that is not usually programmed.

In this case, the repertoire aims to illustrate the transition between two of the great compositional periods in the history of music such as Classicism and Romanticism, with two works that match very well with the formation: the Quintet for clarinet and strings of W.A. Mozart and the Noneto in Fa M, by L. Spohr.

Biel Ensemble nace el verano de 2018 de los deseos de jóvenes músicos de crear un proyecto de música de cámara que diera lugar al repertorio de "gran formato" que no se suele programar.

En este caso, el repertorio pretende ilustrar la transición entre dos de los grandes períodos compositivos de la historia de la música como son el Clasicismo y el Romanticismo, con dos obras que casan muy bien con la formación: Quinteto para clarinete y cuerdas de W.A. Mozart y Noneto en Fa M, de L. Spohr.
