A program dedicated entirely to the German composer Ludwig van Beethoven closes this year's Festival MúsicaMallorca that in late November will move to Germany to be held in the city of Branddenburgo.
In charge of the concert is the Brandenburger Symphoniker and features musical direction by José María Moreno. As soloists will participate Cassandra Wyss (piano), Karen Frankenstein (soprano), Kremen Dilcheva (mezzo-soprano), Eric Fennell (tenor), James Moellenhoff (bass), Sophia Ackermans (soprano) and Roger Berengur (tenor).
The program consists of overture of Fidelio op.72, Fantasy for piano, soloists, choir and orchestra in C minor op.80 and Symphony No. 9 in D minor op.. 125, in which participates the Cor del Teatre Principal de Palma and the Cor juvenil.
