From July 27th to August 3rd, Palma de Mallorca becomes the cultural heart of the Mediterranean with the 15th edition of Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest (AMFF). Known for its cutting-edge programming, the festival blends international cinema, social narratives, and live music in a vibrant island setting.
This year’s highlights include Mstyslav Chernov’s newest film (20 Days in Mariupol), the anticipated return of David Cronenberg with The Shrouds, and Luca Guadagnino’s latest production, Diciannove. If you can’t make it in person, the festival extends online via Filmin until August 27th.
Music lovers are also in for a treat. The free Estrella Damm concerts return with ten exclusive performances by top Spanish artists including Yerai Cortés, Cariño, Guillem Gisbert, Maria Jaume, Ginestà, Lildami, and more—held in iconic Palma venues like La Misericordia and Ses Voltes.
A perfect fusion of film, music, and sea breeze—AMFF 2025 is your cultural highlight of the summer.
