In this project, the artist from Madrid Eugenio Merino (1975) reflects on the political and social situation in which Spanish society lives inspired by the cartoons of Hermano Lobo (brother wolf), a magazine founded by cartoonist Chumy Chúmez which was published between 1972 and 1976.
For Eugenio Merino, "browsing the pages of this historical publication the strange feeling that the illustrators could be portraying the Spain of today becomes evident." Siempre (always) includes works that are part of a series inaugurated with Franco Always a sculpture exhibited in Arc 2012, a metaphor of the dictatorship and its influence on the current sociopolitical context.
