The second and third floors of the Fundació Coll Bardolet de Valldemossa host this anthological exhibition by the Polish artist Nils Burwitz, installed since 1976 in Valldemossa and with more than 140 individual exhibitions behind him and work in some of the main museums.
Nils Burwitz was born in 1940 in the Baltic port of Swinemünde. In 1945 his parents fled to West Germany and in 1958 they moved to South Africa. After obtaining the Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, Burwitz obtained a scholarship to return to Europe.
