The Auditori de Manacor and the Foundation Aureum Studium present a series of concerts of classical music which begins with this visit to the work of two members of the Bach family: Johann Sebastian and his son Carl Phillp Emanuel, of whom this year marks the third centenary of his birth.
Carles Ponseti directs this concert in which intervene as soloists soprano Marcela Inguanzo, the mezzo soprano Waltraud Muncher, Frédérique Sizaret and Yolanda Riera, the basses Pau Borders and Josep Miquel Ribot and tenor Antonio Aragon. Participating will be the orchestra of the Foundation Studium Aureum, with Ramon Andreu as concertmaster and Andreu Riera as pianist, also with a choir formed by sopranos, altos, tenors and basses.
