His participation in the movie Vengo (2000) marked a turning point in the career of Antonio Canales, National Dance Award in 1995, who has since combined his facet as a dancer and choreographer with the one as a film and television actor.
In this show, which now opens in the Auditorium of Palma for the first time goes further and he mixes them on stage bringing to the surface his character of a multifunctional artist. Antonio & Canales is a monologue about the bittersweet of life where the actor-dancer uses verses and songs by maestros Quiroga & León, within a purely Flamenco concept.
In Antonio & Canales, directed and choreographed by the artist, he will be accompanied in the interpretation by Adela Campallo, David Galli, The Londro, Jose Carrasco, Paco Iglesias and Miguel Iglesias.
