Cançons de la Mediterrània begins with this double concert that brings us closer to the popular music of Menorca and the Afrojazz of the Maghreb. This cycle of concerts is held in Palma in Ses Voltes from July 5 to 26.
Tel·lúria is an author music project inspired by Menorcan popular culture. Anna Ferrer (voice) is accompanied by Mario Mas (Spanish guitar, lute and electric guitar), Guillem Aguilar (bass and mandola), Miquel Àngel Cordero (double bass) and Dídac Ruiz (ngoni and percussion).
For its part, Gabacho Maroc is a group of Afro-Jazz, Gnaoua and Berber formed by seven musicians from Morocco, France and Algeria who play with traditional instruments. He was nominated for the African Music Awards and performs every year in more than forty festivals in Europe, Africa, Asia and America.
