The fields of Mallorca look snowy at this time of the year because of the almond blossoms, a spectacularly beautiful image. This fair has been celebrated since 2010 in Ses Cases de Ca s’Hereu, a estate that has been declared historic heritage and conserves a tower of the 13th century. Here one can find a great variety of products, elaborated with almonds, almond wood and almond flower.

The fair includes an exhibition of farming machinery and tools, used for harvest and treatment of this fruit. Furthermore there is an exhibition of more than 50 different varieties of almonds from Mallorca.
