The Madrid company CaraBdanza visits this classic of children's literature and turns it into a dance show full of magic. With music by Johann Strauss II, the famous novel by Lewis Carroll is transformed into a choreography that will delight the whole family.
A modern and innovative show in which we discover the story of a feminine and empowered Alice. 14 dancers on stage, a fairytale wardrobe, cheerful and emotional classical music, video-projections and an original and daring staging, in addition to the didactic elements that characterize this company, are the ingredients of Alicia en el País de las Maravillas (Alice in Wonderland).
The direction and choreography is in charge of Gonzalo Díaz, who combines classical dance with contemporary. The dancers that take part are: Elena Frongia, Eduardo Alves, Jessica Russo, Diego Rodríguez, Teresa Poveda, Aisha Rodríguez, Mercedes Checa, Mari Trini Fernández, Antonio Buonaiuto, Marta Carmona, Nicoletta Martini, Celia Jiménez, Sofía Román and Nehemiah Aldrich.
