Concert by Alexander Malter who plays piano works of Frederic Chopin and Franz Liszt in the Classical Music Festival Port de Sóller.
Malter is a pianist born in Moscow, but since 1991 has lived in Germany. He offers concerts as a soloist, accompanist and chamber musician. Since 2005 he is the artistic director of this festival held annually in Port de Sóller.
He is an artist who is very much in demand. His particular repertoire includes, apart from works of his compatriots Tschaikovsky, Rachmaninov and Skyrabin, Bach, Haydn, Schubert, Mendelssohn, Chopin and Liszt, as well as contemporary music.
